OPERATING PRINCIPLES

How we work.

These are the rules we apply to ourselves before we apply them to the platform. We rewrite this page when the practice diverges from what's written here.

  1. 01

    Speed as discipline.

Speed is a design constraint, not a slogan. We choose tools, release cadences, and team rituals that shorten the path from decision to shipped learning while preserving the reliability expected from infrastructure.

  2. 02

    Autonomy over assistance.

AI that does the work, not AI that helps you do the work. The merchant's job is strategy: what to sell, who to sell to, how to position the brand. Operations should run themselves. We don't build co-pilots; we build agents. Every feature gets the same test — does it remove a step, or does it just make the step prettier?

  3. 03

    Bilingual rigor.

English and Turkish, written fresh from intent. We never ship phrase-by-phrase translation. Each language carries the full brand voice. Turkish is not a fallback for English; it's the home market. Native review on every release. Legal documents are Turkish-first; the courtesy English summary is clearly marked as such.

  4. 04

    Benchmarks over hype.

Every claim is backed by a measured number with methodology. We publish the benchmarks file. We don't say 10x faster without showing the test, the date, the version of the competitor, and the methodology. If we can't measure it, we don't say it. If a number stops being true, we update the file the same day.

  5. 05

    Compound systems over isolated features.

We build infrastructure that links storefronts, agents, payments, operations, discovery, and logistics. The point is not to chase every idea at once; it is to make each shipped layer more useful because it shares the same substrate.
