These Terms of Service govern your use of fastart.tech, the corporate website of FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. ("FaStart"). Use of the product at fastart.co is governed by separate terms specific to that service.
By accessing fastart.tech you agree to these Terms.

1. About FaStart
FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. is a joint-stock company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with its registered office at Gebze/Kocaeli.
2. What this site is
fastart.tech is the corporate, informational, and recruiting site for FaStart. It does not, by itself, sell products or services. Any sale of services happens through fastart.co or via separately signed contracts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access; uploading malicious code or content; submitting forms with intent to spam, defame, or harass; scraping in violation of robots.txt; or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Vulnerability research is welcome under our coordinated disclosure policy (see /security and /.well-known/security.txt).
4. Intellectual property
All copy, code, design, brand assets, and other content on fastart.tech are owned by FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. or our licensors. The brand kit at /press is provided under the license documented in that ZIP.
5. Forms and email contact
By submitting a contact form you agree to our processing of the data you submit per the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure. We may reply by email to the address you provide.
6. Links to third-party sites
fastart.tech links to fastart.co, social profiles, third-party sites, and external articles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose, except as required by Turkish consumer protection law where applicable.
Forward-looking statements (in /vision, /research, and similar) reflect current intent and are subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law, FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of fastart.tech.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the site.
