Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") covers any FaStart service you reach through fastart.tech, including the brand assets, contact endpoints, and external links to fastart.co. The fastart.co product has its own AUP that takes precedence inside the product.
This is a templated draft. It will be reviewed by retained legal counsel before public launch.
Prohibited use
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any FaStart system, account, or data.
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network without prior written permission, except under the coordinated disclosure terms at /security.
Submitting forms or sending email with intent to spam, phish, defame, threaten, or harass any individual or organization.
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malicious code, viruses, worms, or any code intended to cause harm.
Scraping, crawling, or programmatic access that ignores robots.txt, exceeds reasonable rate limits, or impersonates another visitor.
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or origin in any communication with FaStart.
Using FaStart brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Using FaStart marks or content to train machine-learning models without explicit written permission.
Any activity that violates Turkish law or the laws of the jurisdiction you operate from.
Reporting
If you believe a third party is misusing FaStart marks, content, or services, please email security@fastart.tech.
For security vulnerabilities, follow the coordinated disclosure process at /security.
Enforcement
FaStart may, without prior notice, block requests, suspend access, terminate communication, or take legal action against any party in violation of this AUP.

This AUP may be updated as the platform and threat landscape change. The date above reflects the current version.
