Necessity for performance of a contract (5/2-c); necessity for legal compliance (5/2-ç); legitimate interest (5/2-f); explicit consent for opt-in cookies and analytics (5/1).
Recipients and international transfers
Resend (US), Plausible (EU), PostHog (EU), Vercel, Cloudflare, Sentry (EU), and competent Turkish authorities upon valid request. International transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses under KVKK Art. 9.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Right to learn whether your data is being processed; to access; to know the purpose and recipients; to request correction or deletion under KVKK Art. 7; to object to fully-automated decisions; and to claim compensation if unlawful processing has caused you damage.
