FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. builds the infrastructure for all sides of commerce.

FaStart was founded in 2025 in Gebze/Kocaeli. The thesis was simple: the operational layer of e-commerce is still too manual, and the merchant of the next decade needs infrastructure that lets AI do real operational work.

The founder spent the previous three years building seven ventures in adjacent commerce spaces. Every one of them ran into the same wall: the existing tools assume a human is always in the loop. The merchant decides. The merchant configures. The merchant troubleshoots. AI is bolted on as a co-pilot — a smarter form-filler.

We believe that's the wrong shape. The merchant's job is strategy: what to sell, who to sell to, how to position the brand. Operations — listing optimization, ad placement, support response, payment reconciliation, fulfillment routing — should run themselves. That's what infrastructure means.

We started with Türkiye because Türkiye is the right test market: roughly 85 million people, the largest economy in our region, a sophisticated commerce sector, a strong appetite for AI tooling, and a regulatory environment that takes data protection seriously. If we can build infrastructure that works for a Turkish merchant operating across Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Shopify, and their own storefront, we can build it anywhere.

fastart.co is the first surface — the autonomous e-commerce platform with six named AI agents. The next surfaces — agentic commerce, AI-powered discovery, autonomous logistics — are described in our research section. The full ambition is signed in our vision.

The work now is to turn repeated commerce operations into infrastructure that compounds across products.

FaStart is built by a tight-knit team of operators and engineers who have spent years in the commerce space. We believe that small, focused teams can outship larger organizations by prioritizing autonomy and speed.

Led by Enes Özkan, alongside a core engineering team including Ömer Pelit and Furkan Nuri Canipek, we are building the operational layer for the next decade of commerce.
