A short note on what changed in fastart.co between January and April 2026. We'll publish one of these every quarter. Sober numbers, no commentary.
Agents
The six agents — Atlas, Apollo, Pheme, Iris, Plutus, Mercury — all moved from internal-only to early-access this quarter. Multi-agent coordination is the area we spent most engineering hours on; the regression suite tracks reliability per agent and per agent pair, and we'll publish the harness output to /benchmarks once the methodology is documented for outside review.
Onboarding
Time-to-first-sale, measured median across new merchants in early access: well under one afternoon. We're not publishing a hard number until the cohort is large enough that the median is informative — likely next quarter's update.
Integrations
Storefront integration with Trendyol and Hepsiburada is in private preview. Catalog sync, order ingest, payment reconciliation. We've been writing the protocol layer carefully so the same primitives extend to the agentic-commerce-gateway research surface later.
What didn't ship
The cross-store marketplace primitive we'd been prototyping internally is now formally back in /research. We weren't satisfied with the federation story and would rather take another quarter than ship a half-answer.
What's next
The agentic commerce gateway moves from research-essay to internal prototype this quarter. The AI-powered discovery surface stays in early research. The logistics agent (Mercury) gains a routing-quality regression test. We do not promise dates.
